We're working with Sustrans
We couldn’t be happier to announce that Sustrans, the charity that makes it easier for people to walk and cycle, have chosen True to build a brand-new website that makes it easier for visitors to use and give donations.
There are a lot of devoted walkers and cyclists at True, so the opportunity to work with Sustrans is really exciting for us. Work on a new website is well underway, and we are already achieving great things together.
The new site will be built around user needs and goals, identified by True in an extensive programme of user research and testing in the True UX Lab. The resulting experience will help build better awareness of Sustrans and their role as custodians of the National Cycle Network - 16,575 miles of walking and cycling paths used by more than four million people every year.
With Sustrans now in its 42nd year, the new site will provide a platform for their achievements and impact. It will clarify their vision for the future and help communicate their relevance and value to people’s lives today, grow their supporter base and increase donations and revenue for the charity.
“Sustrans believes in the power of partnerships, so True’s commitment to collaborative working suits us perfectly. They’re not afraid to question and challenge our thinking to get to the best result. The new website will be an important step forward for us.”
Eva Ferguson, Website Manager Sustrans
“As a people-focused, UK-wide charity, it is essential that Sustrans has an accessible and efficient platform to inspire, inform and enable secure fundraising. We have put our trust in True to deliver a first-class website for us and our beneficiaries, and very much look forward to launching this summer.”
