The IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) are the power behind the UK’s best and most successful marketing agencies and practitioners. They are the professional body who support us. We are proud to be active members for over 5 years.

The IPA support member agencies and their teams in a wide range of ways.

From providing world class training, certifications and continuous professional development for our teams, access to insight reports and research and a wide knowledgebase, effectiveness best practice and accreditations to setting best practice standards. They exist to help us be the best we can be.

We know that not every marketing problem is best solved online, so we have established partnerships with experts in traditional media buying that support us when the brief requires it. Working closely with partners, we’ve delivered integrated campaigns across TV, radio, print, out-of-home and experiential.

Only the best agencies in the country are accepted into membership, being required to pass a number of criteria and endorsements.

Our membership forms a core part of our commitment to lifelong learning for our people. In 2019 we were hugely proud to be one of a select few agencies to be awarded CPD Gold Accreditation by the IPA in recognition of our commitment to a culture of learning.

For our people, membership means greater access to professional development programmes and training as well as a whole host of wider support.

In 2021, along with just 18 other agencies we were awarded the IPA Effectiveness Accreditation that marked us out as leading the way in effectiveness amongst agencies, having demonstrated our culture of effectiveness to a panel of experts in categories including financial literacy, people, process and challenge mentality.
