A flexible platform for a changing world

Post Covid-19, the landscape had shifted quite dramatically for tour operators like Newmarket. For Newmarket themselves this meant restructuring many of their products to accommodate new flight and shipping itineraries, it allowed them to re-focus their offering for the modern traveller. At the same time, they undertook a brand refresh, and to tie in with this, true worked with Newmarket to re-imagine their digital platforms to align better with their new brand and product offering. We worked closely with Newmarket to upgrade many of their systems, and their main customer-facing platform, and worked with them to upskill and train their internal teams.
