St Austell Brewery and true are proud to announce the renewal of their long-standing partnership, marking the sixth consecutive year of working together.

Building on strong foundations: Growing St Austell’s ecommerce wholesale 

As St Austell’s strategic digital partner, true will continue to drive the progression of the Brewery’s ecommerce platform for its wholesale business.  

The partnership has already delivered significant milestones. In the past year alone, the platform saw the successful integration of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system - an important step in strengthening the company’s digital infrastructure.

The work also received wide industry recognition, including three awards for the ecommerce platform and a prestigious BIMA 100 win for “Client of the Year” awarded to Kerrie Crawford – Hackley, who leads product management at St Austell Brewery.   

Looking ahead, this next phase of the partnership will focus on enhancing customer onboarding and retention, alongside optimising merchandising across the platform.  

All development is delivered through an agile, roadmap-driven approach, designed to closely align with the Brewery’s key business objectives and provide a measurable impact across its digital operations.   
This continued partnership reflects a shared commitment to digital innovation and long-term growth.
