Fullers was a brand with great heritage; however, it felt hampered by its heritage. They were pushing hard to modernise across the board from re-fits to new beer brands, but the digital estate was dragging them backwards, both in terms of functionality and look and feel. We transformed their use of digital across the brewery site, online shop and pub estate, through new platforms, systems and marketing activity, turning the brand's digital Achilles heel into one of its strongest attributes.
