The Role

As a Digital Operative you will be involved in many stages of the lifecycle of a website. With a passion for digital you will be responsible for the day to day website management for a range of flagship true clients. Ambitious clients with fast paced businesses. 

This is a new role that we are establishing in the Agency. We have seen the need for someone to split the skillset of maintaining and updating websites, whilst also understanding the business decisions behind them and the ability to ensure that True is constantly delivering quality across all our clients, even when you’re up against the tightest deadlines. 

You will be part of true’s technology team, working closely with Front-End Developers, Back-End developers, QA Managers and the Project Management team. Reacting to client requests, project deadlines whilst constantly learning a variety of platforms and processes.


About you

You’re perceptive, a great listener and able to empathise with prospective clients and the internal team. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised and with good communication skills. Ideally you’ll have some understanding of product development lifecycles, be process driven and happy to work to deadlines, and some experience of using content management systems will be a big advantage.

You’ll have a no fear, can-do, ‘just do it’ attitude, and a proactive attitude to help solve problems.
